The challenge

Client had a stock architectural plan and wanted to achieve the feel and quality he had seen in a Riemco model.

The solution

The basic plan was adapted to fit the client's site and budget, and fine architectural details were developed throughout to give the desired final result.

Project time

6 months. This home was actually built twice. Following a lightning-sparked fire that destroyed the home, Riemco reconstructed it as originally built, except for minor improvements to one closet and the laundry room, again within 6 months, including demolition and salvage work
