The challenge

Convert an old building with a dated façade, formerly occupied by a hairstyling salon, into a stylish modern exterior and interior worthy of a high-quality custom design + build business

The solution

The old Victorian-looking façade was given a streamlined contemporary look with lots of glass to bring in natural light. The interior was completely gutted, the ceiling was raised, and an exposed brick wall was used as a warm focal point. Interior glass walls, hardwood and slate flooring, and lots of natural light add to the open, contemporary feel.
